The only way we shall engage any AI assisted services are for you to enter into an agreement with us with the following requirements and stipulations:

  1. You shall be required to acknowledge in a signed affidavit prior to accessing:

    • data,
    • images,
    • music,
    • fiction and non-fiction publications and documents,
    • written documents to be exchanged during the course of conversations and business transactions,
    • recorded online or telephone conversations and all other forms of creative expression,
    • are in fact protected by the human authorship terms stipulated by the Copyright, Patent and Trademark Office, 
  2. You shall be required to acknowledge in a signed affidavit prior to accessing our site with the Health Insurance, Portability Accountability and Act (HIPAA), any and all personal information of our partners and employees and customers related to the development of our healthcare services business activities,
  3. You shall be required to comply with the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Regulatory Authority, all of the State, County and Municipal rules and regulations within the. boundaries of the United States and its Territories, 
  4. You shall be required to comply with our Vital Inc. TheVitalPortal, Vital i-Net Services, Vital Managed Services, Vital ToolBox, Vital Toolshed, MyVitalTV, Vital Community Telecommunications Association partnerships and public benefit corporation agreements.

    • Vital Inc. confidentiality agreement (c),
    • Vital Inc. non-circumvention agreement (c),
    • Vital Inc. Infrastructure as a Service agreement (c),
    • Vital Inc. Simple Agreement for Equity, documents, name, image and likeness content (c),
    • Vital ToolBox, documents, name image and likeness content, hardware and software design, Project Management and Service Level Agreements (c),
    • Vital Toolshed, documents, name image and likeness content as it relates to our hardware and software design, Project Management and Service Level Agreements (c),
    • Vital Inc. Office documents, name image and likeness, as it relates to our content, capital solicitation, corporate by-laws, limited liability limited partnership agreements, residual interest retention agreements (c),
  5. You shall be required to comply with all of the items stipulated above for access to the following items:
    • Our web sites and all associated links and pages that we publish and share,
    • Our email platform and individual email, blogs, information exchanges, knowledgebase, biblioteque accounts and domain names, 
    • Our advertising and press release content,  
  6. Prior to and during the course of any exchanges with Vital Inc. TheVitalPortal, Vital i-Net Services, Vital Managed Services, Vital ToolBox, Vital Toolshed, MyVitalTV, Vital Community Telecommunications Association partnerships and public benefit corporation; you shall be required to access all of the above items discussed via our web portal designated for the project and then create a signal sign on ID and password and you will gain via our multi-factor authentication process. 
  7. If we determine you have violated any of the above requirements and stipulations we will terminate access and pursue compliance with the items discussed above.
